Oh London - a few words about a Wanderlust heart

"Of all the books in the world,
the best stories are found between the pages of a passport!"

A Quote that perfectly describes my Wanderlust heart,
even though I live in a time, where you no longer document your Wanderlust in your passport.
Still I always carry it with me, my passport, my best friend...
and while driving through the autmnal, foggy dawn,
I press my face against the cool glas of the Train window...
I skim absorbed in thought through the less entries and
pause on the page, that documents my trip to India, more than one year ago.

A Girl smiles back, the frail lily in her Long, White hair...
My gaze wanders out of the window and
I don't even realise the rural landscape between my home and my new School.
London,
my last trip, that didn't only went through many Kilometers of ground, soil, earth...
but also it was a journey through my heart.
And I smile, just like the Girl with the frail lily in her Long, White hair,
it's just that my hair is short and pink and I don't smile because of the yearn for what happend,
but because of the pleasant anticipation on what is Happening next....
my Semester abroad and with it a new

Oh London - a few words about a Wanderlust heart

"Of all the books in the world,
the best stories are found between the pages of a passport!"

London,
mein letzte kleine Reise.
